Combining our passion for coffee with a mission to continue on our familys’ long standing coffee journey, brothers Mark & Gary Braid decided to take a new direction in November 2018. The Roasting Project family was born, and its focus from the get go was keeping things simple & approachable for all.
The Roastery ~ Our roastery is situated in the heart of our coffee house where you will find us working on our Diedrich 5kg roaster. You can visit us to learn more about the process and watch our Head of Coffee, Clare, in action.
We roast on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
